We may also collect potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on the Site. We only disclose logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left.

Besides as is set out below in “Third Party Agents”, all Confidential Information will be held in confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties, except that we may disclose Confidential Information and personally identifiable information: (1) pursuant to these provisions in our Terms of Use; (2) if we are required to do so by law; (3) in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the law; (4) to comply with any legal process served on either us or our partners, sponsors or investors; (5) to protect and defend our rights or our property or those of our users or purchasers; and/or (6) to act as immediately necessary in order to protect the personal safety of our users, purchasers, or the public.

 

We will not sell, distribute, or lease your Confidential Information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so.

Third Party Agents

 

We share information, including Identity Information, with entities that process information on our behalf for our business purposes. Third Party Agents assist us with services such as payment processing, data analytics, marketing and advertising, website hosting, fraud prevention and detection, communication services, and technical support. To operate our platform, including processing your transactions, we may share your information with our agents, representatives, vendors, and service providers (“Third Party Agents”) so they can provide us with support services as follows:

    • Email origination;

    • Identity checks;

    • Receipt, invoice, or support services;

    • Customer relationship management services; and

    • To otherwise help us provide the Site.

 

We share information with Third Party Agents in the following way:

 

-          Squarespace - We use Squarespace to power our merchandise (both digital and physical);

-          Thinkific - We use Thinkific to deliver online training courses and to manage memberships and payments;

- Odoo - We use the Odoo platform to manage and deliver all orders, which includes document sharing, administering 1:1 consultation sessions, manage bookings, communication, and documentation.

-          Google Analytics - We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site;

-          Calendly – We use Calendly to power our online booking system;

-          Squarespace emails – We use Squarespace emails to administer mass emails;

-          Gmail – We use Gmail to administer emails;

- Squarespace Analytics - We use Squarespace Analytics to help us understand how customers use the Site;

-          Google Drive- We use Google Drive to facilitate task management including uploading files and attachments for sharing;

-          Zoom - We use Zoom for administering video calls/session and webinars that require registration;

- Zapier - We use Zapier to automate the collection of data required to manage orders in Google Drive

-          Bio Site – We use Bio Site to direct traffic to mswhelper.com and track number of clicks on each link listed on Bio Site.

- Chatbase- We use Chatbase to assist clients in writing social work resume’s and cover letters as part of our offers. We do not use Chatbase in our editing services, and offer this tool as an optional resource for clients.

 

VIEWING BY OTHERS

 

Note that whenever you make your Confidential Information or other information available for viewing by others such as through our Courses, Products or Services, website, or social media, the Confidential Information or other information that you share can also be seen, collected, and used by others. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for any Unauthorized Use by others of such Confidential Information or other information that you voluntarily share online or in any other manner.

 

 

HOW WE USE COOKIES

 

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a user’s computer, and that the user’s browser provides to the user each time the visitor returns. USE OF TESTIMONIALS

You may elect to submit a testimonial to MSW Helper.

You understand that the testimonial you provide, including all reviews, endorsements, text, images, and video (collectively, the “Testimonial”), was made on behalf MSW Helper (the “Company”) and may be used in connection with marketing, advertising, and promoting the Company and/or its services and products.

You authorize the Company and its employees, contractors, partners, and other representatives to use your name and the Testimonial in marketing, promotional, and education efforts, and for all other business purposes, including but not limited to: 

  • In printed advertisements

  • On packaging

  • In digital media (including on the Internet, social media, websites, and apps)

  • On television, radio, or film

  • In all other media now know or hereafter existing

You understand and agree that the Company may modify the Testimonial so long as the original content is not significantly altered or misrepresented.

You waive any claim to:

  • Inspect, edit, or approve of any of the materials where the Testimonial is used

  • Copyright the Testimonial or materials on which it appears

  • Compensation or gain from the Company’s use of the Testimonial

You understand that providing the Testimonial does not guarantee that it will be used, and that if it is used, it may or may not be used with my name.

You certify that the Testimonial I have provided is true and accurately reflects my honest personal beliefs, and that you made the Testimonial of your own free will.
